We're Hiring: Supply Chain (Senior Level)
Location: Pluit, North Jakarta
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor the overall supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
- Handle import activities, including supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and customs documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping documents, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, and quality standards.
- Analyze supply chain performance and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for shipment payment and stock management.
- Support forecasting and planning activities to optimize stock availability and minimize delays.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import operations.
- Proven experience in handling import documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
