Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients while maximizing potential in assigned regions
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, product expertise, and after-sales service
  • Generate and follow up on high-quality sales leads, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, and coordinate deliveries
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase company products and services
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements
  • Support clients with installed products and recommend upgrades for cost-efficiency
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience or D3/S1 in any discipline
  • Proven interest and experience in B2B sales or marketing
  • Target-driven and deadline-oriented
  • Knowledge of coding & marking or packaging industry is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in basic MS Office functions and business correspondence
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate about customer success, technology, and long-term business growth
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical aptitude
