About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative
Training Specialist
to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance. The Training Specialist will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and ensure alignment with company goals and global standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR in a corporate or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of training methods, instructional design, and adult learning principles
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and competency mapping
  • Proficient in designing and delivering both classroom and digital training programs
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and LMS (Learning Management System) is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (technical and non-technical) aligned with organizational objectives
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Coordinate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction training for new employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation
  • Support continuous learning culture and career development initiatives within the company
