- Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure the best service and pricing.
- Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress and achieve sales target.
- Prepare and submit work reports & sales achievement reports.
Requirements:
- Having experience as sales/marketing is preferable.
- Customer oriented with a focus on developing and maintaining customers relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, English is preferred.
- Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams.
- Willing to travel as needed.
