Requirements :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience as a leader/manager in a store
- Experience as an operations manager/supervisor or clinic/hospital PIC is preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Willing to be assigned to any Happy Dental branch
Jobdesc :
- Supervise employees effectively and appropriately.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand awareness.
- Manage patient data and prepare reports.
- Review the work of receptionists and nurses.
- Monitor and control the stock of clinic supplies, including products, materials, equipment, and other necessary items.
- Act as a liaison between the clinic owner, the clinic team, and across clinics.
- Create monthly schedules for nurses and receptionists.
- Maintain good relationships with mall management or relevant institutions.
- Prepare employee attendance records for each branch.
- Handle clinic licensing processes such as SIK, doctor SIP, and nurse SIP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue or sales reports for the branch.
- Be responsible for the operational activities at the assigned clinic.
- Be responsible for the growth of the branch's sales every month.
- Meet monthly targets as set by management.
- Must maintain a pipeline of at least 5 school prospects per day through presentations and introducing products to schools or companies.
- Submit weekly pipeline reports to the Area Manager, including updates on the status of prospects (Queries, Bookings, and Realizations).
