Role and Responsibilities

· Conduct routine quality inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with standards.

· Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines in line with company and industry regulations.

· Identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.

· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.

· Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.

· Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

· Assist in training employees on quality assurance processes and best practices.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Can join immediately
Experience in Data Center Industries would be a plus
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control inspections, preferably in construction.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, testing methods, and regulatory requirements.
Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, ASQ) is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
Strong communication skills to report findings and work with cross-functional teams.
