As a Key Account – Store Management, you'll manage day-to-day collaboration with key brand partners and store teams to ensure operational excellence, sales performance, and brand visibility across our omnichannel network. You'll coordinate execution between principals, marketing, and operations teams to optimize store experience, product availability, and commercial results.
What We'll Work on Together
- Manage relationships with brand partners to ensure store and category growth targets are achieved.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Handle operational and financial processes — including promotion claims, reimbursements, and reporting.
- Execute store activation plans, ensuring strong brand visibility and merchandising standards.
- Support pricing and promotion alignment with principals to stay competitive and drive conversion.
- Identify improvement opportunities in store operations to boost sales and customer experience.
Prepare performance reports and insights for management review.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Operations, or Sales & Marketing — preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen and interest in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across functions to deliver results.
