The General Worker is responsible for performing various manual tasks to support the daily operations of the company. This includes handling physical tasks, maintaining and ensuring smooth workflow as instructed by the supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in general construction tasks on site
- Load and unload building materials
- Clean and maintain the construction area
- Support skilled workers (e.g. carpenters, bricklayers, etc.)
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Male candidates, physically fit and able to do manual work
- Willing to work outdoors and in a physically demanding environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Experience in construction is an advantage, but not required
- Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed
