Job Description – Beauty & Sales Training Manager
  • Develop and deliver training modules on skincare knowledge, including skin layers, dermis, product ingredients, and their benefits.
  • Train staff on proper customer approach, consultation techniques, and professional presentation (grooming, body language, communication).
  • Teach effective sales techniques, product demonstration, and upselling strategies.
  • Create training materials (manuals, presentations, videos) for beauty and sales modules.
  • Conduct classroom training, workshops, and practical sessions to ensure staff understanding.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance post-training and provide continuous coaching.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align training with brand strategy.
  • Stay updated with beauty trends, new ingredients, and sales practices in the beauty industry.

Qualifications – Beauty & Sales Training Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Dermatology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training roles within the beauty/skincare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare science (skin anatomy, dermis, product formulation, active ingredients).
  • Proven experience in sales training and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to design engaging training modules and conduct both theory & practical sessions.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Fluent in English (and other languages is a plus).
  • Willing to travel for training sessions when required.
