Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all activities related to finished goods storage, handling, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of goods in coordination with the transportation team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements using WMS or ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Experience handling high-volume dispatch operations (e.g., 100+ trucks/day) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
  • Good understanding of inventory control principles and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
