Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to finished goods storage, handling, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of goods in coordination with the transportation team.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements using WMS or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Experience handling high-volume dispatch operations (e.g., 100+ trucks/day) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Good understanding of inventory control principles and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
