Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance for all facilities including utility and production machines (preventive checks, repairs, installation, monitoring) to keep operations running smoothly.
- Develop and enforce maintenance procedures that follow company and safety standards.
- Manage the department budget, ensure spare parts are available, and work with vendors and contractors.
- Lead New Project Development projects from planning and testing through to mass production, making sure facilities are technically ready.
- Supervise the workshop operations for making, repairing, or modifying production parts and equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Train and develop the maintenance, New Project Development (NPD), and workshop teams, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Engineering Department, preferably in plastic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including automation, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri, Bogor
