Job Description:

Implement QA Strategy Development.
Oversee testing and evaluate processes to ensure product or service quality.
Analyze quality data and make reports to improve productivity or service quality.
Develop and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements:

Min. Diploma 3 Degree.
Experienced in QA field for min. 10 years, holding a Managerial position for at least 2 years.
Preferably from the garment or textile manufacturing sector, with hands-on knowledge of production flow and quality checkpoints.
Strong understanding of QA strategy, SOP development, AQL standards, and buyer compliance standards. Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to lead QA teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with internal departments.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to manage audits, resolve quality issues, and uphold high ethical standards.
Strong English skills.
