Job Description:
- Implement QA Strategy Development.
- Oversee testing and evaluate processes to ensure product or service quality.
- Analyze quality data and make reports to improve productivity or service quality.
- Develop and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma 3 Degree.
- Experienced in QA field for min. 10 years, holding a Managerial position for at least 2 years.
- Preferably from the garment or textile manufacturing sector, with hands-on knowledge of production flow and quality checkpoints.
- Strong understanding of QA strategy, SOP development, AQL standards, and buyer compliance standards. Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead QA teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to manage audits, resolve quality issues, and uphold high ethical standards.
- Strong English skills.
