HR Manager

Requirement:

  • Min 5 years of experience and strong background in Human Resources (HR)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations and proven experience in managing HR team
  • Experience in Retail & Distributor Company
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good decision-making and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with people
  • Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.
  • Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement result including Reward & carrier Management, Job Rotation, Promotion and Mutation
  • Manage the full Recruitment and Hiring Process
  • Identify challenging positions to fill by using the data available and setting metrics to measure success, and to create a data-driven decision within the HR function (HC, Costing, Turnover)
  • Manage & control labour cost & remuneration Management Report (Payroll system, PPH21 Tax, compensation & benefit)
  • Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
  • Motivated employees through special events and incentive programs.
  • Processed employee claims involving performance issues and harassment.
  • Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
  • Manage Legal and Compliance Practices
  • All other HR GA & LEGAL matters as and when required
  • Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CEO
