Overview
Our client is a Construction company. Currently, they are looking for M&E (Asst. Manager ~ Manager level).
Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and monitor adherence to plans.
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and company policies.
- Support tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve successful project delivery.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Having a bachelor's degree.
- Over 10 years of field experience in Mechanical or Electrical construction.
- At least 5 years of field management experience in Mechanical or Electrical construction.
- Having knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical construction.
- Having experience in AutoCAD.
- More than a high conversational level of English.
- Experience in a large Japanese company will be an advantage.
