Sales Assistant Manager
(experienced from Automotive Plastic Injection and Plastic Food Container industries)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Engineering field
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years as Sales Assistant Manager with proven sales experience is required, with a strong emphasis on working within both the Plastic Injection (Automotive sector) and Plastic Food Container markets. Candidates must have direct experience in sales roles within these two distinct areas.
- Have working experience in Japanese company will be preferable
- Must be willing to work in the Karawang area.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement (Execute Sales Plans, Expanding the business, Forecasting)
Business Development & Client Management
- Actively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with key players (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, major food/beverage companies, distributors) in both the plastic injection (automotive components) and plastic food container sectors
- Key Account Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing major clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations for pricing, contracts, and delivery terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Product & Technical Coordination
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including R&D, Production, Technical, and Logistics, to ensure product specifications, quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949 for automotive, food safety standards for containers), and delivery timelines are met.
- Problem/complaint handling: Address and resolve high-level customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
