The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for planning, administering, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs to support competitive talent attraction and retention in the financial services industry. This role ensures salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits comply with Indonesian labor regulations while aligning with the company's business objectives and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking using local and industry‑specific compensation data.
  • Maintain and update salary structures, job grades, and pay ranges to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage annual performance‑based salary adjustments, merit increases, and incentive/bonus calculations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR Manager to plan compensation budgets and workforce cost projections.
  • Monitor internal pay equity and provide recommendations to address gaps or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Generalist role, preferably in Finance / Banking / Fintech / Multifinance industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential data with integrity.
