What You'll Do
We're looking for an entrepreneurial and driven
Business Development Manager
to spearhead our business growth in Indonesia. You'll play a key role in expanding our corporate, B2B, and partnership channels, working closely with the Singapore HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase
corporate and group orders
. - Identify and secure
B2B partnerships
, including catering, corporate lunch programs, and events. - Build and manage relationships with
delivery platforms
, optimizing visibility and promotions. - Represent Rasa Mala at
food and franchise exhibitions
, and explore franchise expansion opportunities. - Conduct market research to identify new business leads and partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and brand growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years
experience in business development, preferably in
F&B, retail, or startup environments. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia and English. - Strong initiative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
