What You'll Do

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and driven
Business Development Manager
to spearhead our business growth in Indonesia. You'll play a key role in expanding our corporate, B2B, and partnership channels, working closely with the Singapore HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase
    corporate and group orders
    .
  • Identify and secure
    B2B partnerships
    , including catering, corporate lunch programs, and events.
  • Build and manage relationships with
    delivery platforms
    , optimizing visibility and promotions.
  • Represent Rasa Mala at
    food and franchise exhibitions
    , and explore franchise expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business leads and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and brand growth.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years
    experience in business development, preferably in
    F&B, retail, or startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited to build something new and impactful.
