Job Description- Manage business in GT Channel to achieve net revenue sales target and profitability target.
- Develop sales fundamentals in all Channels: distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution.
- Lead and coach field sales team: BA, Merchandisers, Sales & Promotion Supervisor and Sales & Promotion Manager.
- Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create an effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities at GT Channel, especially on Cosmetic Store & Modern Trade Independent.
- Partner with distributor team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing GT & MTI customers.
- Experience in FMCG, preferably beauty category.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result‑oriented with knowledge of retail models and the beauty industry.
