Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare, manage and submit all necessary Import/export documentation in accordance with Indonesian regulations, including bonded zone applications.

2. Handle communication related to import/export permits, licenses, and verification.

  • Handle BKMP masterlist application submission.

4. Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and government agencies.

5. Ensure compliance with import/export laws, including HS codes, COO (Certificate of Origin), packing lists, invoices, and other relevant documents.

6. Monitor and ensure the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to shipment.

7. Maintain documentation of BC forms, PIB, and PEB.

8. Support audit and bonded zone (TPB/Kawasan Berikat) activities.

9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipping documents, licenses, and special requirements.

10. Track shipments, report clearance progress, and proactively resolve potential risks or delays.

11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Iternational Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export or logistics.


• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.


•  Strong knowledge of export-import regulations, including:

International trade regulations, INCOTERMS, Bonded Zoned customs procedures, BKMP masterlist application submission, Preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, etc.)


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.


• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
