Role:
Junior Art Director | Senior Designer

As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual stories of client brands. You will lead a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers and motion graphic artists, to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Concepts:
    Collaborate with peers to conceptualize and create visually engaging ideas for campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure concepts effectively communicate key messages and capture the target audience's attention.
  • Ideas:
    Develop and execute comprehensive creative ideas aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Translate marketing goals into visually appealing concepts that resonate with the audience.
  • User Experience Knowledge (UX):
    Create intuitive and user-friendly experiences for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms. Focus on optimizing the user journey and engagement.
  • Art Direction:
    Provide guidance and a visual/conceptual perspective to campaigns and outputs, ensuring high-quality and innovative delivery.
  • Storyboarding:
    Develop visual storytelling through scamps, sketches, and storyboards for video content, ensuring creative intent, tone, and narrative flow are clearly defined and communicated throughout production.
  • Branding and Visual Identity:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain consistent visual identity across all client assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with cross-functional teams—including client services, program managers, copywriters, designers, developers, and strategists—to align creative concepts and delivery with the brief. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
  • Client Collaboration:
    Present concepts and solutions to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance creative work.
  • Industry Awareness:
    Stay updated with industry trends and customer insights to incorporate the latest creative practices, technologies, and techniques into campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a design or art-focused position, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual projects across digital, print, and branding.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and familiarity with UX/UI design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles and the ability to align design strategies with marketing objectives.
  • Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
