Requirement:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from Law.
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Assistant Manager in a manufacturing company.
- Strong expertise in HR Operations, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Labor Union management, and Employee Engagement.
- Proven experience in handling Industrial Relations issues, including CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) negotiations, labor union relations, and dispute resolution.
- In-depth understanding of Labor Laws, Government Regulations (PP/Permen) related to Industrial Relations, BPJS, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), and the latest employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making ability with high integrity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
