Job Description:

The Procurement Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing procurement operations to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality sourcing of raw materials, packaging, machinery parts, and consumables essential to manufacturing. This role will coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
