Job Descriptions:

  • Labor union relations and negotiations, including handling collective bargaining and maintaining constructive communication with union representatives.
  • Human resources management, such as recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.
  • General affairs operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and company events coordination.
  • Compliance and policy implementation, ensuring adherence to labor laws, internal regulations, and health & safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing company as PGA Manager min than 3 years.
  • Have experience in handling Industrial Processes (bipartite, Mediation or PHI) related to the Union or external parties.
  • Understand and have experience in creating, coordinating matters related to the creation of company regulations and collective labor agreements in the company.
  • Have experience to Conduct employee counseling, supervision of employee work discipline enforcement regulations in accordance with the Joint Labor Agreement and applicable Laws and Regulations.
  • Have excellent knowledge of  laws and regulations especially labour law.
  • Proficient in using Ms Office (especially Excel) for data management and reports.
