Job Description:

  • Responsible for the development and management of the Human Resources team.
  • Oversee payroll system development, employee welfare programs, recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Manage and supervise company SOPs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor staff attendance, incentive schemes, performance appraisal systems, and employee promotion planning.
  • Handle office supplies procurement and fixed asset inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian HR systems, labor law, and documentation.
  • High sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset.
