Job Description:
- Responsible for the development and management of the Human Resources team.
- Oversee payroll system development, employee welfare programs, recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Manage and supervise company SOPs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor staff attendance, incentive schemes, performance appraisal systems, and employee promotion planning.
- Handle office supplies procurement and fixed asset inventory control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian HR systems, labor law, and documentation.
- High sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset.
