Job Description:

  • Ensure that all performance management processes run effectively and in accordance with established policies.
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of job descriptions, organizational structure, and job performance evaluations as needed.
  • Execute and manage goal setting, talent mapping, and performance appraisals.
  • Map and manage performance-related reporting through the HRIS system.
  • Develop a competency dictionary and matrix.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR, especially in Performance and Organization Development
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in analytical thinking and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in driving organizational change is a plus
