Job Description:
- Ensure that all performance management processes run effectively and in accordance with established policies.
- Actively contribute to the preparation of job descriptions, organizational structure, and job performance evaluations as needed.
- Execute and manage goal setting, talent mapping, and performance appraisals.
- Map and manage performance-related reporting through the HRIS system.
- Develop a competency dictionary and matrix.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR, especially in Performance and Organization Development
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in analytical thinking and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in driving organizational change is a plus
