What You'll Be Doing- Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to design, research, and ship new and improved products that make crypto easy to use and understand;
- Act as a user advocate, understand and solve user problems within the context of the product and business;
- Own the end‑to‑end iterative design process: research, design, prototype, and testing;
- Communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design;
- A generalist designer who excels in both UI and UX design skills—from low fidelity to high fidelity detail down to the pixel;
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written, oral, and visual);
- Proficient with modern UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc.);
- Strong design portfolio;
- Experience in crypto trading and/or the fintech/investment industry;
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
