Job description
- Comprehensively manage the testing laboratory, receive and allocate testing tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of all testing work.
- Be responsible for formulating verification/calibration plans for the lab's testing instruments, developing maintenance and equipment validation plans, and organizing their implementation.
- Strictly inspect, supervise, and evaluate testing personnel according to established standards and procedures.
- Organize testing personnel to draft work instructions, such as testing methods and operating procedures, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.
- Formulate water quality and environmental monitoring plans based on company documents and supervise testing personnel to complete sampling and testing.
- Plan and conduct intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory personnel comparisons to ensure the validity of test results.
- Responsible for formulating personnel training plans.
- Organize and complete deviation investigations when non-conforming data is found.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Based on the usage of materials and reagents, propose procurement needs and organize testing personnel to perform technical acceptance.
- Review original test records and reports to ensure the validity and correctness of test data and conclusions based on specifications and standards. Send out test results and reports on time.
- Manage external testing services, including receiving inquiries, sample submission, result follow-up, report management, and expense reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Environmental Engineering, Bioengineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related major
- At least one year of experience in testing or laboratory management
- Possesses strong technical and organizational management skills.
- Familiar with microbiological testing standards and methods, and the overall testing process.
- Familiar with relevant regulations and requirements within the management system documents.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 17025, GMP, QSR820, as well as microbiology and regulatory knowledge.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.
