About the Role
We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both front-end and back-end development, and who enjoys crafting digital platforms that are functional, secure, and aligned with our brand values.
You'll work closely with the Owner Representative to build web solutions that support our
hospitality, property, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
- Write clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages (e.g., PHP , Python, )
- Integrate third-party APIs, booking systems, and CRM tools
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement SEO & AEO best practices and accessibility standards
- Monitor site security and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio or GitHub links welcome)
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality tech, property platforms, or e-commerce
