CREATIVE TEAM HEAD

JOB SUMMARY

ZODIAC GROUP is seeking a Creative Team Head to lead the creative vision and visual output for its newly established bar in Jalan Senopati.

This is a senior role for someone who deeply understands design, culture, nightlife, and visual identity — someone who can translate Zodiac's DNA into compelling visuals across all platforms and touchpoints.

The role requires a sharp, concept-driven creative thinker who can lead a team, execute end-to-end creative projects, and maintain high visual standards. You must bring strong taste, cultural awareness, and a deep appreciation for design, music, and modern hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative direction and visual identity for the new Zodiac bar
  • Oversee the development of all visual assets — posters, menus, digital content, event materials, merchandise, and in-store visuals
  • Manage the creative team, providing direction, feedback, and quality control
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Event teams to align creative output with brand strategy
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, programming, and seasonal activations
  • Lead and supervise photo/video shoots, ensuring aesthetic consistency and high-quality execution
  • Maintain strict brand consistency — tone, typography, color, visual rhythm — across all channels
  • Work closely with external vendors, artists, photographers, and designers when needed
  • Ensure timely project execution while maintaining high creative standards
  • Stay ahead of cultural and design trends relevant to nightlife, fashion, music, and youth culture

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead capacity
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in lifestyle, nightlife, music, fashion, or hospitality-related design
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, creative concepting, and visual storytelling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills — able to guide designers, editors, and creators
  • Highly proficient in design software and creative tools (Adobe Suite or equivalent)
  • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency
  • Culture-savvy, visually sharp, and deeply connected to design, music, and contemporary trends
  • Able to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
