Responsibilities :

  • Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) based on each brand's objectives and tone of voice.
  • Develop creative and engaging content plans, including captions, visual direction, and publishing schedules tailored to each client's needs.
  • Coordinate closely with internal creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver high-quality social content on time.
  • Actively monitor and manage client accounts by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with communities in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns; provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to apply fresh, innovative approaches for client content.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and client service teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and KPIs.
  • Support influencer and partnership executions when needed, including research, outreach, and coordination.
  • Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, reports, and communication for each client.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Proven experience handling social media for clients or multiple brands.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different brands.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bonus: Experience in influencer coordination or social media ads.
