Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) based on each brand's objectives and tone of voice.
- Develop creative and engaging content plans, including captions, visual direction, and publishing schedules tailored to each client's needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver high-quality social content on time.
- Actively monitor and manage client accounts by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with communities in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns; provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to apply fresh, innovative approaches for client content.
- Collaborate with the strategy and client service teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and KPIs.
- Support influencer and partnership executions when needed, including research, outreach, and coordination.
- Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, reports, and communication for each client.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
- Proven experience handling social media for clients or multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different brands.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Bonus: Experience in influencer coordination or social media ads.
