Job Desc: Creates and manages content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support marketing goals.
Role: Create & developing creative content, scheduling posts, monitoring & reporting performance analytics, interacting with followers, and staying current with social media trends and algorithms.
Key Responsibility:
Content creation: Develop engaging and creative content, such as posts, videos, and graphics, tailored for different social media platforms.
Strategy and planning: Design and implement social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Audience engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community with the audience.
Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Trend research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications, Digital Media or Related Fields
Minimum 1 year experience handling Brand Account in Social Media. More preferably to FMCG Brand.
Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO and content marketing trends and strong creative sense.
Proficient in tools such as Meta Business, Instagram, FB, TikTok, Youtube, Google Analytic
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong building emotion connections through storytelling and copywriting
Portfolio of previous social media content work is highly preferred
