Core responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth within key accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, category managers, and other stakeholders at major retail accounts (Online and Offline)
  • Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, promotional agreements, and trade marketing activities.
  • Sales and Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Promotional Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing teams to plan and execute effective promotions and in-store activities and Online store E-Commerce romo activaties
  • Supply Chain & Execution: Ensure optimal product availability, manage stock levels, and oversee the smooth execution of trade agreements, including merchandising and pricing.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

  • Sales and negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical skills: Capacity to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination and project management: Ability to coordinate with internal departments like marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term account strategies.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, particularly within the FMCG sector and with Modern Trade Channels (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets) and Online Store E-commerce channels is often required.
