DescriptionWe’re looking for someone great to join our Analytics Team! Your primary task is to help internal and external clients add (complex) tracking and fix issues that arise.
You will take initiative and enthusiasm to get things done. If you don’t know how, you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting.
We’re looking for someone who aims for perfect setup but is practical enough to include redundancy and provide “good enough data” when needed. Good problem-solving skills are essential: breaking down technical problems into manageable parts and executing solutions.
You will communicate with internal and external teams to gain buy-in, explain issues, and report progress.
Key Responsibilities- Implement conversion tracking (forms, buttons, e-commerce, etc.)
- Verify and sanity-check conversion tracking implementation
- Debug and fix tracking issues
- Check issues with test measurements on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar
- Create customized reports from Analytics and other sources
- At least 4-5 years managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and maintenance
- At least 3-4 years experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA3/GA4)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude; strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics
- Expert-level knowledge in Web Analytics, especially with Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.
- Experience transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4
- Native-level spoken and written English communication skills
- Work with leaders in the high-growth Conversion Rate Optimization sector
