Material Control Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Material Flow & Production Support: Execute, and follow up on the arrival of materials. Control and analyze the consumption of materials and the flow of materials to ensure the normal production of the production department.
  • Inventory Management: Control the reasonable amount of safety stock to reduce inventory costs.
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist in completing the procurement plan for purchased production materials and follow up to ensure its implementation.
  • Demand Processing: Complete material demand application and follow-up.
  • Warehouse Supervision: Complete the supervision and control of the entry and exit of materials in the warehouse.
  • Documentation & Archiving: Complete the collection of various quality records and archive them in the Comprehensive Flow Collection Department.
  • Workshop Coordination: Complete the tracking and supervision of material management in the workshop, and complete communication and coordination work with the purchasing personnel and suppliers.

Requirements:

Planning Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Capacity & System Planning: Execute the product delivery, capacity monitoring, and planning system construction of the branch factory.
  • Order Management: Receive customer/division orders and organize departments to review orders.
  • Scheduling & Forecasting: Formulate the monthly plan (sent to Material Control) and the weekly plan (sent to Product Planning) for production preparation.
  • Daily Management: Formulate the daily plan, organize relevant departments for review, issue the daily plan, and hand it over to the workshop and warehouse for production.
  • Shipment & Delivery: Create shipment reports and formulate delivery schedules according to the customer's delivery time. Issue the shipment plan to the warehouse for arranging dispatches.
  • Production Monitoring: Follow up on the workshop production progress, drive the resolution of abnormalities, and ensure smooth workshop operations and facilitates proper product warehousing.
