Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Planning and Budgeting
• Project Budget Management: Overseeing and managing the budget for architectural projects, ensuring that all expenditures align with the financial plan.
• Design Cost Optimization: Developing cost-efficient design solutions without compromising on quality and innovation.
• Project ROI: Ensuring that the resulting designs provide good value and enhance the company's ROI (Return on Investment)

  • Quality & Process
    • Design Team Coordination, leading the team of architects and designers to ensure effective collaboration and timely project completion.
    • Design Quality Standards, developing and implementing quality standards for all design outputs, including verification and testing processes.
    • Project Management, overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects to ensure that all phases are managed efficiently
    Education/Experience: Architect, Civil Engineering
    Specific Knowledge: Architecture and Design, Planning and 3D Modelling, Construction Management, Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Structural Analysis & Engineering, English 
    Competency: Interpersonal and Communication; Leadership; Problem Solving; Customer Service; Attention to Detail; Teamwork
