Key Qualifications:
Experienced in leading a team of 7–10 members.
Proficient in at least three of the following tools: CASB, PAM, IDM, Cloud Security, XDR, ESG, MFA, NAC, DLP.
Holds relevant certifications for the tools in use.
Job Description Summary:
Handle resolution of critical issues in accordance with SLA (up to 98%) through patches, workarounds, or vendor solutions.
Plan and monitor maintenance activities to prevent system failures.
Perform regular health checks on hardware and software to maintain system stability.
Monitor Change Request and Information Request KPIs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Lead incident response according to severity level (Emergency, Critical, Major, Minor).
Maintain system availability above 99%.
Act as Level 2 (L2) backup for devices managed by the team.
Update Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation every three months.
Manage communication between third parties, other leads, and end users (IOH).
Prepare and deliver monthly executive reports for all managed devices.
