Job RoleAs a leading industrial technology provider specializing in advanced welding solutions and services, the company seeks an Application Engineer to develop welding process solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include conducting trials, analyzing welding performance, supporting pre‑ and after‑sales technical needs, and ensuring optimal application of welding systems. You’ll work closely with the sales and technical teams, providing on‑site demonstrations, training, and continuous improvement support in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze client needs related to welding applications
- Plan and conduct welding process trials
- Deliver technical demonstrations and training to customers
- Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support
- Prepare documentation and test reports
- Ensure quality and compliance of welding operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the field
- Communicate technical solutions effectively with clients
- Contribute to product and process innovation
- Evaluate performance for continuous process improvement
- Education: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related fields, with welding certifications (e.g., Welder Certificate, IWE, IWT).
- Experience: At least 2 years hands‑on experience with welding equipment and standards, within a role in pre‑sales or post‑sales.
