Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and acquire new agent of Ceramic Tile, Granit Tile, Sanitary and LVT/SPC.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the local market.
  • Gather customer insights to improve product-market fit.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    5 years
    of relevant
    sales
    experience, specializing in Sales – Agent, Retail
  • Proven work experience as
    Area Sales Manager
    or similar sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Preferably within an experience in the
    Building Material Industry (Ceramic Tile, Sanitary Ware, Vinyl and Adhesive).
  • Experience forecasting sales and building a customer database.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales and operational team.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a creative problem solving.
  • Availability to travel in a certain period of times.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Must have a SIM A driver's license and be able to drive a car.
  • Willing to handle area Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Bali.
