Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager, located in Bogor. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring training programs within the organization. The day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure that training needs are being met and maintaining training records.
Qualifications
- Training and development skills, and experience in curriculum design and implementation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
