We are looking for an Customer Care & Marketing Support Supervisor to s responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency both the administrative and operational aspects of credit marketing, ensuring smooth coordination between branches, internal departments, and the Credit Committee. You will play a key role in managing credit documentation, reviewing applications, and assisting with customer inquiries and complaints and helping to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence in our financing processes.
Job Description
- Support and supervise the administrative and operational activities of the marketing team, including data entry, document management & coordination with both internal and external
- Receive credit application submissions and internal memo from branches to be review, verification for documents accuracy & completeness, and circulate it to the credit committee
- Oversee document management processes including credit documentation, billing verification, and disbursement-related documents
- Conduct initial verification of billing documents related to credit disbursement
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries related to the company's products and services
- Prepare reports and summaries related to marketing support activities, credit application status, and customer service performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing administration, customer service, or credit operations; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior staff role preferred.
- Having experience as credit marketing administration support in financing company would be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (Preferable with TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC Certificate)
