Qualifications:

Female, aged 19-30 years old
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Active English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Strong mathematical skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic in guiding students.
Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to students aged 3–13 years old using the Eye Level curriculum.
Provide individualized learning support tailored to each student's ability and progress.
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate lessons according to the learning program.
Monitor and track students' academic development and provide feedback to parents.
Assist in managing classroom activities to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with other instructors and the center manager to improve teaching quality.
Support administrative and academic tasks related to students' learning.
