Position Summary
The HR Generalist (with Development Knowledge) is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting employee growth and organizational development initiatives. This role ensures compliance with HR policies, manages key HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, etc.), and contributes to the design and execution of learning, development, and performance management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Administer and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance management.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, compensation, and workplace issues.
- Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution, investigations, and performance counseling.
Learning & Development / Organizational Development
- Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Design, implement, and monitor employee training programs (soft skills, technical, and leadership).
- Support the development and maintenance of competency frameworks and career paths.
- Assist in implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Systems & Analytics
- Maintain HRIS data and generate regular reports on key HR metrics (turnover, training participation, etc.).
- Support automation or digital transformation initiatives within HR (e.g., LMS, performance tools).
- Analyze workforce trends to support HR planning and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with exposure to training/development, talent management, or organizational development.

- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools.
