Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor's (S1) in Psychology / HR / Management / Law / Legal. Min. 3-5 years of experience in Legal & HRGA or a similar position, preferably in F&B / retail sector. Experience in General Affairs & proficient with HRIS software. Strong knowledge of Laws and Regulations. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment, proactive, flexible, and detailed-oriented.

Responsibilities

Manage & support all HR activities, such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, Addressing employee queries, Investigating allegations of misconduct, etc. Handle & coordinate General Affairs such as maintenance / repair / improvement & technician schedule, organize company events, ensures timely maintenance of assets, keep track of all asset, etc. Manage & maintain all company Legal activities such as Legal advice & solution on Legal matters, Government regulations, review & negotiate contracts/agreements, BPJS, OSS system, employment, partners/vendors, etc. Prepare, review & maintain all company Legal documents, contract & administrative, such as company documents, employment agreements, partners/vendors contract, HRIS system & Database, etc.
