Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP–QM Consultant to join our SAP functional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring that manufacturing and quality processes are effectively integrated into business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP–QM solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP Production Planning processes (Discrete, Process, or Repetitive Manufacturing).
- Set up Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version, etc.) and manage production order processes.
- Configure and support Quality Management processes, including inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, and certificates.
- Integrate PP and QM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, FI/CO).
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Conduct system testing, end-user training, and post go-live support.
- Participate in system upgrades, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor execution, and quality management systems.
- Experience with process integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, FI/CO).
- Proficiency in configuring MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Quality Inspections.
- Familiar with SAP S/4HANA environment (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
