Job Description :

1. Product & Marketplace Account Management

  • Oversee and optimize store accounts on marketplace platforms and the brand's official website.
  • Ensure product content is appealing and relevant to current market trends.
  • Select products to be sold based on market analysis and sales performance.

2. Product & Stock Management

  • Monitor and maintain product stock availability across all marketplace channels.
  • Conduct sales analysis and plan restocks for top-performing products.
  • Apply analytical methods such as Sales Stock Ratio (SSR) and Sell-Through Rate to evaluate product performance.
  • Ensuring the availability of furniture and accessories with accurate allocation, quantity, and timing.
  • Coordinate product consolidation across stores, ensuring inventory levels align with store capacity and performance.
  • Conduct periodic sales data analysis and prepare weekly and monthly reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze product demand and performance to support accurate sales forecasting.
  • Monitor promotional programs and track their impact on sales and product performance.
  • Oversee stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or stock-out situations.

3. Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Sourcing fabrics based on what's best for company's needs.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and logistics to optimize procurement costs.

  • Establish a supplier evaluation system (quality, delivery, compliance) and maintain long-term partnerships.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and market trends to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor brand performance on a weekly & monthly basis to achieve sales target

  • Arrange stock orders to ensure product availability that meets the sales forecast
  • Maintain healthy inventory
  • Liaise with suppliers to maximize brand performance and achieve quality service

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in retail, preferably in product management or merchandising roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  • Good understanding of fashion industry and market trends.
