Responsibility:
Conduct quality inspections of raw plastic materials before the production process.
Perform testing on semi-finished and finished products according to quality standards.
Identify defects or product nonconformities with technical specifications.
Prepare daily inspection reports and document test results.
Collaborate with the production department to resolve quality issues.
Ensure the work environment meets Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
Perform periodic calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
Propose continuous improvements in the production process to enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum education of D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant majors.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably from the plastics or manufacturing industry.
Open to fresh graduates.
Understand the quality standards of plastic products and testing procedures (such as tensile test, thickness test, specific gravity test, etc.).
Able to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, digital scales, and others.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess good analytical skills.
Able to work individually or in a team.
Willing to work in a shift system.
