Qualifications:
Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3 years experience as Production Manager in plastic manufacturing are prefered
Understanding of the basic principles of injection molding, blow molding, and assembly machines
Proficiency in production planning, material management, and cost control techniques
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or equivalent standards
Able to use ERP/MRP software and production support applications
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement concepts
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to negotiate and communicate
Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP
Job description :
Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities in the injection molding, blow molding, and assembly areas.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with company targets.
Ensure that production processes run according to established quality, quantity, and time standards.
Oversee the use of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
Implementing quality control systems at every stage of production
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and non-technical issues on the production line
Developing and training the production team to improve skills and productivity
Maintaining compliance with occupational safety (K3) and environmental policies
Coordinating with other departments such as R&D, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain
Prepare production reports, efficiency analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Willing to work with high targets and in a dynamic work environment
