Job Desc :

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for employees.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine data backups and ensure data security.
Support network and server maintenance under the supervision of IT Manager/Leader.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Able to handle basic electrical work related to IT equipment and office infrastructure.

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and office applications.
Basic knowledge of electricity / wiring installation is required.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
