Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records, ensuring data accuracy between - physical stock and system reports.
- Compile, analyze, and report sales data to support the management team in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales, warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow and information accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and filing systems.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
