Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Manage KOLs
– Build relationships with doctors, medical professionals, health influencers, and relevant public figures for brand collaboration. - Develop KOL Strategy
– Plan and execute campaigns involving KOLs to increase brand awareness, trust, and credibility in the healthcare sector. - Campaign Management
– Coordinate end-to-end KOL activities (briefing, contracts, timeline, monitoring, and reporting). - Content Collaboration
– Ensure KOL-created content aligns with medical compliance, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. - Budget Management
– Manage KOL budget allocation and optimize ROI from campaigns. - Performance Tracking
– Monitor and analyze KOL effectiveness (engagement, reach, leads, conversions, or awareness growth). - Networking
– Build and maintain a network of KOLs across medical fields, from mega to micro influencers. - Cross-Team Collaboration
– Work closely with digital marketing, PR, and product teams to maximize campaign impact.
Qualifications
- Education
: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. - Experience
: 2–3 years in influencer/KOL management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG. - Required Skills
: - Strong knowledge of KOL & influencer landscape (especially in medical/healthcare industries).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Project management ability with attention to detail.
- Familiar with campaign tracking tools (social media insights, Google Analytics, affiliate tracking).
- Understanding of medical industry regulations & compliance for marketing.
- Preferred Skills
: - Existing network/contacts with doctors, medical professionals, or health influencers.
- Experience in handling
mega KOLs
